Hey John Thanks, its nice to see you posting again.  Who's your pretty friend?   I BQ'd in St. George in October '07.
I will be going (and running) the Boston Marathon in '09 with a bunch of my LVM21 friends.  Boy I'm excided.

I guess it's my girlfriend.   Wink

Congrats on the BQ. I'm not ready for that yet. My goal is to keep running at the speed I am now, and let the age-bracket catch up with me.

But after talking to CPAK, and being convinced of the merits of a downhill (or mostly downhill) marathon cutting time of, I might start trying the St. George Lottery or the SteamTown Marathon. I did my undergraduate study there so it would be like a mini-homecming.

They have a 21% Qualification rate!
As long as I'm putting links in, check out what I was working on when I lived in Chicago.

Congratulations, people should retire, even if later you try something else.  I'm eligible but just can't seem to pull the trigger.  Or maybe I'm like Jeff, my love of shiny things and the need to see a 35-year pin before I go.

Next: OKC Memorial, OKC Andy Payne, a couple in the fall then back to Vegas.  Ruts are comfortable.

did I say 35 year pin?  I mean 40 year pin!  Hell no, I won't go!

Yes, shinny things are fun...we start getting diamonds at 25 years...they get bigger and you get more as you survive more years.  Gotta love shiny things...

I need to buy a lottery ticket...who needs work?  I can buy my own shinny things with $166M
