Had a great time in Vancouver running the marathon. The weather was awesome and our hosts, Heather and Jeff were very generous and cordial. We felt welcomed right from the start of our visit. I didn't achieive my  goal of getting a sub 4. I just need to work harder next time.  Here's some picture's from our trip!

I am stretching inside the BC Place, (were the BC Lions play football.) The world's
largest air supported domed stadium. It will be the host of the 2010 Winter
Olympic's opening and closing ceremonies.

It sure was fun spending the weekend with you guys! All my friends that ran the marathon were saying Vancouver is the hardest course they've ever tried. It's a tough one! I think you did amazingly well! Congrats! Next time you guys have to visit for longer so we can get out of the city and really show you around.
